Making Bissap with Ginger

Bissap is a tasty and healthy beverage from West Africa. It’s made from the Hibiscus flower (the Sabdariffa Lin) and is served cold.

It’s known under many names in different countries as Wonjo, Dabileni, Tsobo, Zobo, Sobolo or Roselle juice.

De Dikke Radijs (the Fat Raddish) with Mees and Annelou make the version they know from Mali, where it’s known as Bissap.
